Wonderful gem of an upscale boutique hotel, perfectly located in the center of the city, across from the famous church right in the middle of it all. Well within walking distance to Spa’s, shopping, restaurants, and water parks / attraction yet very quiet at night. Big enough to afford us all the amenities of a large hotel yet compact enough to make us feel at home and pampered. We stayed in most of the hotels in Druskininkai over the last seven years and this one by far supersedes all of them for the money. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and no wish no matter the size was turned down. Hotel Credo yet only a few years old was newly constructed and is not a rehabilitated post Soviet building turned into a hot
Very helpful and polite staff, excellent location and beautiful surroundings, modern outlook.
Very limited carpark, no airconditioning in the room.
Perfect, just perfect for this money.Perfect personnell, very good and tasty kitchen. Will stay there again.
Very nice view from the balcony. Quiet location - we had the balcony door open whole night and we were able to sleep without any problems.
We had a very late arrival and it was dark. The hotel was really difficult to find, as the sign outside is not properly visible to the street. The navigator guided us to a correct place but to the backyard and there were no signs whatsoever.
Nice hotel and very perfect staff. Location - in the town center.
Everything was very good. Hotel is quite new, the room was nice and had a beautiful view of one of main streets of Druskininkai, hotel staff was helpful, breakfast was good and plentiful. We were very happy with our stay.
Friendly personnel. There was no problem to cancel one of rooms booked by us in less than 12 hours before checkin time (friends of us had to cancel their trip), while as far as I remember they could force us to pay it anytime - it's a pleasure somehow.
Internal room conditions (temperature)
Hotel is quite new and our "luxury room" was very clean and new. It had terrace with perfect view over nearby park and lake. Internet access was reasonably fast and in the room was a fridge as well.
The "luxury room" is made of two very small rooms. The bedroom is so small that it is very hard to get around the bed. It would be much better, if they would make one room instead of tow. Breakfast was very poor! But the cleanness of the room and feeling of new hotel out way the mentioned negative aspects.
The hotel is not that easy to find - it s in the pedestrian area of the city, but well in the centre of Druskininkai Parking area is limited
Very nice, new, and clean hotel.
This was a nice-looking, clean, and well-located hotel but we had a yucky experience at check-out that left a bad taste in our mouths. We were traveling with our six year old boy and did not ask for bedding as he can sleep in our bed. However, the owner immediately came to our room to deliver a cot and bedding. We refused the cot but she left the bedding in our room anyway. The Booked.net agreement specifically said that children under 7 were free with existing bedding and so we were a bit suspicious. Sure enough at check-out the owner insisted that we pay an additional 12 Euros for the child. She even insisted that we pay the 2 litas local tax for our son even though the form said it shouldn't apply because of his age. When we asked about the extra charges, the owner made a call. We heard the owner yelling on the phone at someone, who we think was the lovely woman who had checked us in the night before. The owner then handed the phone to us so that the woman could explain in English that the charge was for every child over four regardless of bedding, and apologize to us for not explaining that to us the night before. We felt a little nickle and dimed in the end, and didn't like the owner's tone at check out.
Good hotel for reasonable money.
Breakfast starts too late (at 8 a.m.)
Small room, don't have hitting in January.
sound insulation of walls is not very good
Я пришла на завтрак в 10.00, а есть практически было уже нечего
